Designed around Canoe Kayak Canada's Active for Life stage of the Long Term Athlete Development plan, GERCKC's adult programs promote a healthy and active lifestyle through paddle sports.
Join a fun filled social program that focuses on learning or refining skills in recreational paddling sport. Our adult programs range from offering programs that are geared toward the recreational or competitor paddlers
General membership is also an excellent opportunity to get out and enjoy the beautiful Cardiff Pond Lake!

Come and be part of an exciting spring and Summer program that introduces you to the world of outrigger canoe paddling! Explore the fundamentals of technique, recreational or racing, and teamwork, setting the stage for an unforgettable outrigger season that we invite you to join!
No experience necessary- all equipment provided – just bring yourself!

Experience a variety of canoes, kayaks & SUPs offered by our club. Paddle individually and experience your Zen or as part of a crew boat, and feel the excitement of paddling at Cardiff Pond. Find your happy place on the water with us as you explore paddling, meet new friends, and embark on a new hobby and sport. No experience necessary- all equipment provided – just bring yourself!​

All the above programs run from May to September (weather permitting)! Please note that the club will be closed on statutory holidays. All equipment is provided!
